In compliance with the Trade Practices Act, you are entitled to a refund if the products you purchased are:- faulty or damaged in transit
- significantly different to those shown or described to you
- not doing what they’re supposed to do
Any items that are faulty, were damaged in transit or were not as ordered can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately via email to confirm whether your claim is eligible for a return or exchange. The customer takes full responsibility for the cost of returning the goods. All exchanges will incur the cost for re-shipping. If correct replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit. Please note there are no refunds on Sale items.
